Great for running, but truly amazing for gym workouts. They are very light and flexible, and the traction is outstanding! I wear them to the gym, weight or cardio training the same, and I will be buying a second pair as soon as I can get the money.
Very comfortable shoes. I have flat feet and they have enough support so that my feet don't roll inwards so much when I run, making it easier for me to run longer distances. The weird thing is that my girlfriend has the opposite problem, high arches, and her feet roll outwards and impact on the heel, and she loves these shoes too. So I guess they are good no matter how you roll ;P
Honestly I don't know the difference between these and the original zigfly, I own a pair of the original, and now own these too, and they feel the same to me, so I think the only difference are the new colors. My advice is that if you don't mind the old colors, you can spend less on the originals, and get the same performance.
