I don`t swet profusely, but I`m always for a natural deodorant because the store brand products irritate my pores and stain the underarm of my clothes. DERMAdoctor`s NonScents was very gentle on my skin, but it took too long to dry, didn`t keep me dry, and when I did sweat - I felt sticky and smelled a bit "chemical". I don`t like it at all for work. Especially since I have to wear white shirts.
I`ve gone through 2 or 3 of these bottles, and the deodorant still works for me. I used to consider myself a heavy sweater, until I started using this. NOTE: I`ve found that washing with soap before application and letting the deodorant dry completely before dressing are essential. If you don`t do these, the deodorant smells chemically and/or doesn`t work for more than a few hours.
Glad it worked for others, but it did nothing for me to decrease wetness. The deodorant part worked fine, but regarding perspiration, it worked the same as or worse than less expensive drugstore brands. I also have sensitive skin, which was irritated after the first couple applications, but not subsequently.
This product works very well. I must have tried 25 other deodorants before finding this one. Everything irritates my skin. This does not. I will keep buying this.
I`m glad this is working for others, but it did absolutely nothing for me. I like my anti-perspirant to smell fresh and clean, and to stop sweat. This doesn`t smell good, and it definitely doesn`t work with my chemistry to stop wetness. I`m sticking to the one that works perfectly for me, Fresh Sugar.
I would give this 10 stars if I could!! I can`t believe how well this worked! Certain Dri has always made my underarms ITCH (I wake myself up at night scratching), so that`s out. Regular drugstore brands just leave me sweaty midday. This stuff kept me dry all day, during an uncomfortable meeting at work when it was 90 degrees and our air conditioning didn`t work. I can wear white without stains!! I`ll always use this!!
Slightly disappointed with this product. For me, the deodorant part of this worked very well, but the antiperspirant part did not. Did not pass the "raise your hand" test, and it is pretty expensive. I wish they still made Revlon No Sweat, that was the only thing that ever worked for me.
This is a really great product. It really holds up to its claims of working overtime on perspiration, and does not irritate skin.
I have suffered from hydrosis for 13 years now, to the point where I have to throw my clothes away after a few wears depending on the fabric. When I tell you I have tried absolutely everything over the counter as well as prescribed from my dermatologist - I have tried it ALL, nothing works. UNTIL I TRIED THIS!! Of course I was skeptical of something call `extra gentle` because my sweat is anything but extra gentle! It freakin works! No kidding, hardly any sweat and no stink, NO LIE! Of course I was just approved for botox injections, when it rains it pours, right? But I will definitely keep this in my medicine cabinet, just in case poison doesn`t work :)
I hate to admit it, but this stuff works great. Unfortunately, it is really expensive. I sweat a lot under my arms, and I haven`t really noticed any sweat (or stink) lately at all. The only thing that worked before is Certain Dri, but it burned my skin and gave me a horrible rash on contact. This is nice and gentle on my sensitive skin. I`ve tried all the drugstore brands, and none of them could hold a candle to this.
