I bought the Wellness Formula tablets earlier this year, in order to boost my immune system before a trip to Europe. Seems like every time I travel to a different country I end up getting sick. I took the preventative dose every day a few days before we traveled, and during the trip, and didn`t come close to getting sick. I don`t know about the capsules, but one thing about the tablets is that they smell like garlic and kalamata olives. I personally love both, so it wasn`t hard for me to take them and they didn`t make me or my breath smell like either afterwards. Maybe it was coincidence, but I`m glad I took them.
