What a waste of my money!! Could not believe it! Too much work to even get it started then leaked and clogged in 4 seconds. Hate it........if you want it back u are welcome to it!!
I would be SHOCKED if the product engineers that approved this Visage Naturel system at Helen of Troy still have their this thing is a disaster! This product has so many issues I can`t believe that it was ever produced for the masses. It freezes in seconds and it takes approx. 10 cartridges to spray you entire body...I am only 125 lbs (5` 8"). I was excited to receive this product in the mail, hoping it would replace my expensive salon airbrush tanning habit. However my excitement turned to disappointment the first try. I practiced on the paper towel, like they recommended in the manual, but upon trying to spray my leg, the flow stopped. I referenced the "troubleshooting" in the manual and followed the advice, then sprayed my leg again - but the solution sprayed on my leg in big circular blotches even though I kept my arm in constant motion. My leg looked like I`d been bruised by a softball in like 10 places. I got 1/2 of my right leg done when the flow stopped again. This time "troubleshooting" did not resolve the problem. I tried spraying the paper towel to no avail. Finally I got the flow restarted and began spraying my left leg, and the CO2 cartridge ran out. I ended my session there and wiped the whole disaster off my legs with a wet washcloth. I`ll be headed back to the salon until a better home version comes out.
This is just awesome. I went into this thinking very negative but after I saw the results; wow!!! Great product!!!
