The #1 Gainer for me. I`ve tried a couple of gainers in the past, they work, but I have problems with extra body fat around my mid section. This is the first gainer, that doesn`t make me gain a lot of body fat, during my bulking up. This is the first time I really had to cut back on a gainer, because of real muscle gains, because I was growing out of my clothes. I didn`t have to use the recommended amount, because everyone is different. I liked the taste as well as the results I got.
I do enjoy this product, but as a previous review said, this stuff tastes like tile grout. I really don`t understand why this particular flavor is so horrible. The banana cream isn`t bad at all. I would give it a 5/5 compared to the cookies and cream. And since you`re getting the same content, I`d go with what tastes good.
Great product, except the taste was beyond horrible. I bought this because Muscle Milk Chocolate was awsome (I mean the best product ever - 5 stars for sure). I figured that since it was from the same company that I would give it a try. If you are going for a cyto gainer product I recommend chocolate mint over cookies and cream. When you try Choco-mint and it tastes horrible, then remember that I told you Cookies and Cream was worse. Or you could go for the Muscle Milk chocolate, which is honestly the best-tasting product on the market. CytoSport... what gives with the taste? Maybe you should add a whole lot more cookies and less cream? You seriously have got to do something with this! But I still love you!
