Ok, I`ll start with the one negative~the pills are huge, and I have a hard time swallowing them. However, the results are amazing. I have horrible allergies usually, and I hate taking medicine like Benadryl because it makes me feel so gross. This stuff is different. Since I`ve been taking it, I have not had any allergies whatsoever. I can even be around cats and they don`t bother me, which is completely a miracle! It started working within the first three days of me taking it. I love that it`s natural AND it works. Do yourself a favor and invest!
I have been taking Quercetin for more than 10 years, and have found it to be one of the best supplements I have ever used. Besides it`s antioxidant, antihistaminic value, it is extremely good at immune system protection. I used to get colds all the time, and now have only had 3 short-span colds since taking it and only when I allowed myself to get extremely run down.
