They were very comfortable to wear. However they were bulky and awkward at first. The insoles didn`t quite fit into my shoes. Also, they didn`t contour to the shape of my foot.

I`m an Orthotist certified by the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics. The material used on the insoles is good for non-diabetic people such as myself. I don`t always have sore feet but the padding was good enough to give me extra time on my feet. In the long run the material will pack out and loose its effectiveness. Overall the product is sound.
