I took 2 pills in the morning with glass full of water. Till the afternoon I didn`t want to eat, however I was unusually thirsty and drank adiitional 1 liter of water in about 4 hours. In the afternoon I accidentally looked in the mirror and saw that I`d bloated!!! I didn`t take any more pills this day and the scale showed that I gained 4 pounds(of water)!!! I lost these pounds in 2 days, however I looked sick and felt uncomfortable. I don`t recommend this product. There are side effects!!!

I have tried many different supplements in the past 2 years to help with weight loss...I have a very stressful job and am constantly snacking.
