I LOVE this stuff. I don`t like the smell or the feel, but not a big issue, since it is the only thing I have found that keeps my dry rough feet and elbows under control. It is more like medicine rather than a nice luxurious cream. But it works better than anything - it gets the job done. I have rough feet and elbows and this is the cream to deal with that. A regular cream with moisturizers can`t handle my feet - but if I use Amlactin regularly my feet and elbows are great. But it has a "different" scent and feel, but don`t let it put you off, it`s a different kind of product, and if you use it, if will FIX whatever your dry skin problem is: hands, feet, elbows, whatever. GREAT STUFF. I`m committed to it for life now.
I tried everything for bumps on my arms and back, this is hands down the best. Have recommended it to all my family and they all use it as well. Worth every penny.
I would never call this a lotion. It is as thick as an ointment. However, it makes a great nighttime hand cream, so I gave it 4 stars.
