If you read the ingredients you should figure out this is not going to cleanse the colon as in increase bowel movements... there is hardly any fiber at all. The main detox pathway is through the kidneys hence the recommendations on high water intake... Water is the best way to detox the body and lots of water won`t increase BM`s but should increase urination. That will be the method for toxins to be released from the body using this product. Appropriate expectations may tune one into to the real benefits of using a detox product like this.
I have taken this for the 7 days. At first it seemed to be working fine, but as I got to today, the 7th day, it has done little more than give me gas. HOWEVER, Compared to 7DMC, which I tried for 100 bucks, this has done better. I`m going to try it again for one week, as the years of lazy bowels can`t be undone overnight, or even in 7 days. For now, I`ll give it 3 stars for starting to work. But none of this stuff works if you don`t eat right and exercise. I do neither, so gas is better than nothing.
I have been on this detox system for 5 days and i have had little results. My stools actually are hard, and I drink plenty of water. I did have a little gas, but that was it, I would not recommend this product for a colon cleanse.
I`ve used 5 of these. It`s a great comprehensive product. Helping somewhat with bloating, I feel it isn`t designed primarily for weight loss. Requires a lot of water consumption, but absolutely doable. I rarely get colds, feel more energized, and can see the difference in my skin and hair. I will say, however, that after a couple of major elective surgeries, wanting to cleanse my body, this really knocked me flat. It felt like the flu, and reminded me of a deep lymphatic massage I had once. I should have waited before taking OR stretched out the program for a longer period of time to compensate. But, as in similar treatments that are designed to rebalance your system, you often feel a bit flu-like as the toxins are released on their way out of your body...this is actually a good thing. Nothing else like this, especially at this price point!
I completed the entire 7 days and really felt no different than before. I don`t think the product is specifically for weight loss, but I did expect to have more energy and "feel" healthier. The water intake requirement is also very high, and a bit hard to fulfill every day. Still, I don`t think the product is terrible. Hence, the 3 stars - Average rating for an average product.
My tummy did go down, but I had only four bowel movements the whole time. Didn`t lose any weight, and I have never drank so much water. I feel like I have to try a superior product.
Well, today is my seventh day on the detox 7 plan, and I think is awful!!! I have had 1 bowel movement since I started it, and haven`t lost a pound.
I have always had a problem with bowel movements, and I am 40 years old. I have tried the expensive cleanses they did nothing, but Detox7 really works!
I`m not one to write reviews. This Detox7 has worked GREAT for me. It did not have a huge laxative effect (which I didn`t really want)- nothing gross- but what was very noticeable was my increase in energy level. I checked the list of ingredients thinking, oh, there must be some caffeine or something in this- but no! My energy level dropped a day after I ended the program. I would recommend this product, but the problem with it is, you feel like you need to keep taking it! 7 days is not enough. Other colon cleansers are sold for a whole month or 3 months` supply. I wish Detox7 was.
I`ve only been taking this product three days and I am noticing results.
I am starting my 5th day of this product and other than gas I still have not gone to the bathroom. I was hoping this would help with my many years of constipation problems and so far I am not very happy.
Day 4 and NOTHING!
