I`ve had it for about a month. It reset itself several times. This morning I put it on, took it off mid afternoon and saw that it was frozen at 22.22.2 and all the arrows (cals, kms and miles) were selected. Pushing the reset and mode buttons did nothing. I even tried shaking it. The thing hasn`t even turned off...it`s probably waiting for its battery to die. If I had known it would turn out to be such a piece of junk I wouldn`t have spent money on it.
It definitly does the job of calculating steps, however, the larger "mode" button (which needs to be pressed in order to show calories, miles, etc.) popped off in just two days. I now have to use a small sharp object to strategically poke in the right area to use this feature. I am planning to purchase a different pedometer altogether.
This pedometer is inexpensive and effective. I love how the battery turns off when I`m not in motion and picks up where it left off when I get moving again. It`s small, fastens securely to my side and stays put. And at this price, it`s a steal! I recommend this for anyone trying to keep track of their activity/calorie levels. It`s awesome.
