This product helped me survive engorgement. Great product and easy to use.
Could not have survived without this product. I became seriously engorged on about day 4 and on the advice of my lactation consultant, began warming each breast with the pads before feeding, to get the flow going. After each feed I`d use a cold one to "ice" my breast. At the moment, I have one in the fridge and one ready to heat. I`m on here now to purchase a second set, so I can have a set in the fridge all the time. I was absolutely desperate with the pain in my breasts and this really helped!!
This was product was the best investment! I love that you can warm and cool them. When I started breastfeeding my daughter I had trouble latching on and it was quite painful. The freezer pack was so soothing. Recently I had a plugged milk duct. The warm pack helped to unclog the duct and avoid infection. I`m buying these as a gift for the next baby shower I attend.
LOVED this!!! Much easier to use than cabbage leaves. And when you`re not using them, your husband can wear them over his eyes as a mask and be a new super hero--- mammary man! At least that what mine did. Something to laugh at when you`re sore.
