This product doesn`t do much to help build muscle, but does prevent muscle loss. I started a 2 month cut cycle and monitored my body composition and during the first month I took HMB every day and lost 10 lbs total, 12 lbs fat and gained 2 lbs lean. The second month I did everything the same except HMB and lost 8 lbs total, 6 lbs fat and lost 2 lbs lean.
I use a lot of supplements and this is not a bad product, but for the price there are better ones out there. It takes a long time for it to work and there are a lot of pills to take -- 4 at each meal.
