I started to use this product shortly after having a complete hysterectomy following the discovery of uterine cancer. I was having hot flashes and sleep problems. Absolutely love this product. It has alleviated nightsweats by 95% or so; I feel really good. I have tried Remifemin and other similar products, and none have been as effective!
