Step 1: Kill Lice

Apply RID® Lice Killing Shampoo according to label directions.
Repeat this step 7 to 10 days later to help prevent reinfestation.

Step 2: Comb-Out Eggs & Nits

After Step 1, apply RID® Egg & Nit Comb-Out Gel on damp hair to make removal faster and easier (purchase separately).
Comb out the eggs and nits in the hair with a fine-toothed comb or with the RID® patented comb (included).

Step 3: Clean Home

Use RID® Home Lice Control Spray to kill lice and their eggs o mattresses, furniture, car interiors, and other non-washable items (purchase separately).
Wash bed linens, clothing, and other items in hot water and dry in high heat.

This product is amazing. Such a simple, inexpensive item, yet it works wonders. It reminds me of a product that was always in my childhood medicine cabinet. It looks, feels, and smells a little funky, but a small amount gives great results in a very short period of time. I had a cystic blemish on my face that just wouldn`t heal. It felt like a hard marble under my skin. I tried hot compresses and all sorts of OTC acne creams, but nothing worked. I finally remembered that I had this little tin stashed in an infrequently-used cosmetic case. I`m not lying when I say that I used PRID in the a.m., and by bedtime, that cyst was empty -- no pain or scarring.
I USED THE PRODUCT ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND IT`S AMAZING. IT DREW A BOIL OUT THAT WAS SPREAD OVER AN AREA THAT I DIDN`T KNOW WAS INFECTED. TRY IT, IT WORKS. -SHIRLYN

When I was a small child, drawing salve was sold as a solid black stick that looked lilke a stick of chalk. I still remember my grandmother melting it onto a square of gauze and applying it to the infected area. I think it is of note that in addition to the stated uses it is very effective in removing splinters, ticks, etc. I know you use it mostly on boils, but I will always remember my grandmother using it to remove ticks and splinters. It is a wonderful product, and like so many of the "older" products you can no longer find it on the shelf at your local phamacy. I highly recommend it.
Amazing stuff. I had a huge ping-pong sized boil that I`d had for two years. It had become inflamed and painful. Applied 2x a day for 4 days, and then it expressed itself while washing with hot water before an evening application. I should mention that if it`s a large boil like mine, the area can look really freaky as the medicine works. It basically looked like a third nipple growing out of my stomach before it finally worked. But it was cheaper than a doctor`s visit, and I suspect that it probably worked better.
I`ve had a small hard bump on my side for nearly 2 years that never had a head on it, so I assumed it was a cyst. I tried numerous times to squeeze it just to see if it would expel anything, but it never did. Finally, a few weeks ago, it tripled in size, and really started to hurt. I searched the internet, found this salve, and decided I had nothing to lose. Within a few days of using the salve, the bump had softened and developed a head. Within a few more days, I was able to expel some of the infection. It continues to get softer and better each day. I would highly recommend this product and will continue to use it for bumps, pimples, boils, etc.
I have MRSA, and I would not use anything else to help heal my wound! I now have to order it over the internet. They have taken it off the market. It is for sure a five!!!
I know this sounds really strange, but I was once bitten by a Brown Recluse Spider, and I put on the original Prid`s and with in a week it was healed. It drew out all the infection without leaving a scar. I have seen many bites from these spiders, and my mark is nowhere near the horrible ones I have seen.
I only have experience with the "original" Prid`s salve. It was absolutely amazing stuff. Several years ago, it basically disappeared, so I started using it very sparingly. I`m so glad to see that it is back - though it has a different ingredients list than the original, so I hope it still works the miracles it used to. I have numerous success stories with it, but the best one was a friend that had a bite on his face that wouldn`t heal. Finally, after about 6 months of it being there, I asked my friend about it and he said that the prescriptions he had weren`t helping. I gave him my _last_ tin of Prid`s, and within a week is was significantly smaller and drying out. It was completely gone within 3 weeks. Amazing stuff!
This salve is terrific! I`ve been in a wheelchair all my life and have a history of pressure sores from sitting so long. Always had to go to the doctor for treatment, but NOW I just put this salve on the sores for a few days, and it draws out the infection and pain. Great, andno more doctor visits! If anyone has the same problems I had, then please try this product.
Put PRID on and just wrap it with some cloth. I don`t know why it works for some and not others; but it`s been excellent when I`ve used it. For the price I`d say it`s worth a shot even if some don`t get results. I think that`s why there`s no cure-all for every situation.
OMG, this does not work at all. I had a mild boil and it had no drawing action whatsoever. It is way too greasy to stay in place and it is way too hard to get out of the container. It stinks horribly, which I could have dealt with if it would have worked. Someone should make a product that dries once applied so it will stay in place and maybe then it will work. Don`t get this!
Great product. Works great for bringing deep, painful pimples to a head.
Not impressed at all. I have tried this ointment numerous times and it had no effect on my boil.
