This video, without the book is worthless. I thought it would help or at least get me started in the right direction. Instead all I got was two actors badly acting out a marriage situated in the late 80`s. Anything that could have been helpful was quickly passed and none of the `steps` were gone into with any sort of detail. I really cant believe that this movie is sold as educational and instructional.
