This supplement works wonderfully to combat my restless legs at night.
These work great and are much cheaper than the Philips brand. No problems swallowing them.
Most importantly, this product contains *magnesium oxide* which is inferior to and cheaper than *magnesium citrate*. If you want a quality supplement, look for one made with *magnesium citrate*. I have trouble swallowing these tablets. The bottle advertises, "Coated for easy swallowing," yet the tablet disintegrates the moment I take it with a drink of water, causing my gag reflex to kick in and I cough up all my pills into my hand. Gross!!
