Hospitals use this to clean patients before surgery. It is a nasty red/brown color and be careful not to get on your clothes. With that being said this is the best germ fighter I have ever known. Weather it is a simple scratch or a deep wound my family always uses this. It does not sting or burn at all. It helps fight infection. It does not have a strong odor. A little goes a long way.
