This is way better than alcohol or peroxide. Neosporin is too messy. I squirt this on my toes and cuticles after I get a manicure and pedicure, just to be safe. There are so many germs and bacteria out there. I just keep it in the house for emergency reasons. It doesn`t burn and it actually soothes.
