I am a diligent sun block user as I am very fair skinned as are my children. I bought this product because of the longevity and effectiveness that it advertises, however, after applying in to my kids 30 minutes prior to going out and reapplying once after about 3 hours, my kids all ended up with their first sunburns. I think this product was very ineffective and I am very dissappointed in this product. I have used the Coppertone 6 hour sunblock before under the same circumstances and we have enjoyed the lake, the ocean and entire days at Disney, burn free, without reapplying at all. This product has lead to a very disappointing 4th of July, instead of the children splashing around and having fun, they are wincing at the thought of their pj`s.
I`ve used Coppertone before and decided to change because I wanted to find something that wouldn`t burn on my face but was waterproof. I`m very satisfied with this product. I tan very easily because I am Hispanic and this product not only helped my color stay bright but also helped with moisturizing my face. Has a pleasant scent and nice texture. I will definitely purchase it again and tell my friends about it.
I recently bought this stuff after getting burned at the pool, and reading an article that compared several brands and suggested that this one was a reliable one. This stuff smells great! It is not at all greasy. It does not leave a white film on your skin that takes a lot of work to rub in. This is my new favorite sunscreen.
