The ammonia in this product causes severe pain if you apply it to a bite after you have scratched it. It also left a bad scar. There needs to be a warning on this stuff for the severe pain it causes and the terrible smell.
I recommend this product. Currently I have lots of tiny insect bites all over my legs and both my upper arms. I dont know how I got them but this product works! I had another product but it didnt really help or at least not that fast. For me, I like the feeling of a little sting, so I know its working on the bites. The only thing I dont like about this product is the ammonia smell which its like ten seconds of the smell and its gone after ward, you`ll almost forgot you applied some on you. Though still have to reapply after few hours
After bite is the best product I`ve ever used for chigger bites. It stops the itch immediately, and lessens the overall reaction until the bite heals. Nothing else has ever come close to the effectiveness of this product.
