Trojan Brand Latex Condoms, when used properly, are highly effective against pregnancy - although no contraceptive can guarantee 100% effectiveness. Any use of Trojan Brand Latex Condoms for other than vaginal intercourse can increase the potential of damage to the condom. Trojan Brand Latex Condoms, when used properly, may help reduce the risk of catching or spreading many sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) such as syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia infections, genital herpes, and AIDS; however, they cannot eliminate the risk.
This product combines a latex condom and a spermicidal lubricant. The spermicide Nonoxynol-9 reduces the number of active sperm thereby decreasing the risk of pregnancy if erection is lost before withdrawal and some semen spill outside the condom. However, the extent to which the risk is decreased has not been established. This condom should not be used as a substitute for the combined use of vaginal spermicide and a condom.

From my experience, these condoms took away most of the sensitivity during sex. I prefer the Durex Extra Sensitive over these condoms any day. Another downside is that it causes internal chafing on my girlfriend whenever we use it.
I`d have to say out of all the condoms we have tried, this is probably my favorite. I definitely prefer Trojan over Durex - and the ribs really have a great feel to them. You can also get the ribbed with the spermicidal lubricant which is a nice touch (although it`s usually all clumped at the end and looks disgusting). I`m also really fond of the Ultra Thin from Trojan. Over a year of using Trojan, and I have never had one break. Although a few times they have come off - all in all, a good product!
My partner did not like this product at all. He felt like it was too thick. I could not tell any difference with compared to a regular condom.
