This is a bit much for my hair-- the smell just doensn`t seem "hair" appropriate. I now use it in the bathroom to "freshen" the air when needed. It smells like you just walked thru with a load of laundry that was over-soaped. It can mask a bad smell for a little while.
Great product! I use this twice a week so I don`t have to wash my hair so often and it really does make my hair smell clean. The makers have really done their research because this product has nailed the smell of shampooed hair. It`s convincing and it works!
What a waste - according to my husband I could have just bought a bottle of Febreze and sprayed it in my hair! It doesn`t smell like any shampoo I have ever used. I have spent far less on a better product- can`t remember the name but I bought it elsewhere.
I thought this would really be clean and fresh fragrance. Not for me! It smells like something my boys would wear. Strong,harsh. eeewww. Way too pricey for that. Never again.
I like the smell of this, but it is more a guy-fragrance. I used it only once. If I want an awesome hair fragrance, I will go with Pink Sugar which actually smells feminine and sweet.
This is such a great product! It is pricey, but I`ve had the same bottle since 2004, a little goes a long way. My boyfriend loves the way it makes my hair smell, and I can get away with not washing my hair every day.
I have very frizzy hair, and this is one of the few products that helps tame my frizz without weighing it down. It also helps me with my wintertime hair static issues, so I keep a small atomizer of it in my purse. The scent is quite nice...I will agree it is a bit strong when first sprayed, but mellows into a light clean fragrance. Great for making hair refreshed after being in a smokey or polluted environment. It is pricey, hence the 4 out of 5 stars, but my last bottle has lasted me about 6 months, and I used it every day. Overall, I think this is a terrific product!
This stuff is great! I love the smell -- very fresh and clean. A bit more expensive than I would like, but I`ll continue to buy it.
I`m really not quite sure why this product got so many raves. It definitely wasn`t worth the price. My fav shampoos usually don`t leave a lasting fragrance in my hair, and since I don`t wear perfume because I usually find it too strong, I thought this would be a good way to have a nice scent. I use a ceramic hair iron pretty much on a daily basis which takes any pleasant scent I might have in my hair out. The scent of this product is definitely not what I would consider "clean" nor "fresh." Its a synthetic smell. The reason I gave this product two stars is the smell did not offend me. It just smells like a gentle hair product- not a nice clean shampoo smell, more like hair gel or something, and not a particularly nice smelling one, just one that doesn`t smell bad or anything. When I sprayed the product on my hair I really couldn`t smell it at all- and this is coming from a person with a super sensitive nose and does not wear any other fragrances. So I`m out forty bucks. Ouch!
For this price, you`d expect a product that both scented and conditioned your hair. This product does scent your hair, but with a very artificial fragrance, and the fragrance does not last long. It smells like a cheap bottom shelf drugstore shampoo. For that price, buy a nice bottle of perfume and spray it on your head instead -- it will last longer and you can also use it on your skin.
