I`m sure these work but these were too big. I know I sound like a baby but seriously these are astonishingly huge pills and the taste is disgusting. I tried breaking them in half and drowned my throat with water and the taste was just unbearable. I felt like I wanted to throw up for the next hour or so. If you can swallow huge pills, go ahead and get these but if you`re like me and can only swallow medium sized pills then don`t get these because you won`t be swallowing them. You`d think they`d be able to coat it with something so that you don`t taste it... geez.
I believe it is true- these vitamins work. I have been taking Mega Men vitamins for a month now and feel more energetic and balanced than before. And I usually only sleep about 6.5 hours on weekdays (not enough I know) but still power through the day. I used to take separate B/C complex stress vitamins, selenium, grape seed concentrate supplements, but now all is combined into one pill so it`s more efficient. As for the yellow urine, you can reduce or eliminate this side effect by just drinking more water every day, particularly after you take these time released pills. I recommend Mega Man vitamins.

Excellent vitamins.
I recently started taking this multivitamin supplement, and initially, my body didn`t tolerate it all that well. I felt very drowsy and the nerve damage on my foot turned real numb. I even had hot flashes on that first day, so I was about to get rid of the supplement. Good thing I didn`t! I`m 23 years old and couldn`t be happier using this supplement so far. My energy in the gym has gone up, my sex life is 10 times better (no joke), my stress levels remain low, and my urine is bright yellow (a sign that this vitamin is working). Also, I haven`t had an asthma episode since I started using this vitamin. Lastly, I am sleeping 10 hours every night, which is something that was hard to do in the past. Overall, I`m pleased -- though my main concern that lurks is that I still feel drowsy at times (maybe because my existent high energy is being coupled with more energy to cause an energy crash). The main thing I got from these vitamins was bright neon yellow toilet water. You get a year`s worth of many of the ingredients in just two tablets. I am now taking vitamins with no more than 100% RDA of each ingredient. I don`t think there is any way a person can utilize hundreds of times the RDA on a daily basis. I would continue to buy these vitamins if they had the same ingredients but only 100% RDA.
This is by far the best multivitamin that anyone could take. I can notice days were I forget to take one. They make you more alert, less tired, you have tons more energy, and they even improve my sex life. I`m not even joking; they give me much more stamina.
