I floss at least once a day, and my gums and teeth are in better shape than they ever used to be. I used to use Glide, but as the other reviewer says, it only glides past your plaque. This stuff was highly recommended by my dentist, and I was skeptical, but I`m a huge fan now. I only wish they wouldn`t package so little floss with so much plastic.
Clever idea but unfortunately falls short. This stuff expands when it gets wet and saliva isn`t enough to make it do that while flossing. As for the floss itself, it`s thin easily slides between thin teeth, but doesn`t seem all that effect. Have fun watching it expand in the trash!
