When my dark blonde hair was highlighted, I used the Freida Shampoo for Platinum Highlights. Now, going back to my original coloring, I`m using the Brunette Shampoo. Both shampoos did their jobs wonderfully and to top it off, I don`t need to use a conditioner afterwards to help with the tangles(my hair tangles easily). Any shampoo that adds shine to my hair and makes comb-outs a snap works for me!
This is a pretty good shampoo - its not as moisturizing as I would like it to be, but thats probably because I have very damaged hair. The scent is amazing! It actually does seem to enhance my color! It`s definitely much better than Pantene Pro-v`s Brunette Expressions line. I want to try the Brilliant Brunette Lustrous Touch shampoo and conditioner next - I will always use John Frieda!
I love this shampoo - I do not dye or perm my hair - this product leaves my hair clean, shiny and managable. My scalp tends to flake in the winter but not since using this product. Before I found this I was purchasing moisturizing shampoo from a salon, which I felt wasn`t as good and cost a lot more.
