I wear pain patches which use an adhesive that usually melts in the heat, so in the past I put a Plastic Tegaderm over the patch to keep it on. Since the pain patch is a narcotic I can not get a new prescrption until 720 hours have past. I wear it for 3 days and 10 per prescription. Both the pain patch and the Tegaderm are made of plastic which at least makes a rash that will last a week plus or I will blister. The Medipore is cloth to I can wear it without getting blisters, red markers or have the plastic adhesive melt off in the heat and I do not get itchy. If you have to were a pain patch, post surgery patch whatever. Medipore does the trick and is cheaper per bandage.
