I`ve been enjoying this ice pack for a couple years now. The two straps allow it to be placed in a variety of places around the body. The ice pack remains cold for about an hour, and the soft fabric covering it is very soothing.
In theory, this should be a good ice-pak; useful for a variety of cold therapy. However; it freezes to hard to be flexible, and the straps are too small (thin) to hold the pack to the surface of the body. Thus, it is useless for the very type of therapy it is designed -- to effectively chill muscles which are difficult to access...neck, shoulder, knee, etc. attached straps and a gel which freezes flexibly like the ace reusable cold pack would make all the difference. -- a FREQUENT icer.
