This is my favorite 0mega-3 fish oil because it doesn`t cause those awful fishy tasting burps. On the rate occasion that I do burp, it`s a little lemony :) I`ve been taking this particular brand and product for over 5 years and the quality is consistent between batches.
Recommended by my doctor to help lower my colesterol and it works.
My experiences with fish oil pills in the past have always included at least one incident of me not eating enough with them, and suffering from the dreaded fishy burps for the rest of the day. I can say that I haven`t had that experience with this product. Instead, I have a constant sour lemon taste in the back of my throat that won`t go away, no matter how much food is in my stomach. I contacted the company, and they suggested that this supplement be taken with your largest meal of the day. I`ve done this, and still have that lemony taste in my mouth. I guess it would be worse...
