Good drops, although they are relatively thin and not too heavy duty. Systane drops are much thicker, and as a result do a much better job, but they also can cloud your vision and leave your eyes feeling a little sticky. For moderate or severe dry eye, I would try other drops. But these do the job just fine for me, and I really like the fact that the cap snaps back on to save the remaining drops. Technically you`re supposed to discard as soon as you open it, but as long as you don`t contaminate the cap or tip, and use them within a few hours of opening, you`re in the clear. I find I can get 4 uses out of one vial, which equates to big savings.
