I thought I would try this diuretic to ease menstrual cramping. It was fine. No fireworks. Nothing to write home about. It did simply "ease" them. Also, it did turn my urine green which frightened me at first, but then I realized it was the BLUE pill mixed with YELLOW urine which = green. Sorry, but it is good to be aware of this and not be shocked like I was.
Terrible purchase, did nothing for me. My mother tried it and it did nothing for her also. If I want pain relief with a diuretic effect, I`ll stick with Excedrin, which works FAR better.
I love this product! I usually take it about a week before my period and I don`t have any cramps, and I usually get pretty bad ones. Also, I didn`t feel as bloated. I use it every month now!
