I am on a few different prescribed medications, so I have to watch what supplements I take. I have been taking these for at least 4 years, twice a day, every day. They have everything the expensive brands do (and then some) and I really felt healthier after I started taking them. Some people have said that it`s really inconvenient to have to take 2 pills a day, but to me that`s nothing compared to the price and efficacy.
