I use this as a marathon training nutritional support. I take one out of my refrigerator and leave it in my car so it`s there when I return from a training run. When training, your body replenishes best closer to completion of your run. The first 20 minutes are most critical, then the first hour. (After that it doesn`t really matter, just eat well when you can.) I prefer Ensure High Protein to Ensure Plus because the Carb/Protein/Fat ratio is better. Plus give you a lot more fat...consider it if your goal is to gain weight. Since I know what real chocolate tastes like, I normally don`t like "chocolate flavored" products, but this one is good (enough). Haven`t tried the other flavors.
