I have dry eye syndrome. I have tried everything on the market. These didn`t work any better than any other eye drops. Matter of fact, they went to the bottom of my list...they feel fine at first, but after a little while my eyes felt dried out again. I found Bion Tears works best for me, even better than those the Dr suggested!
I use this before I go to bed for an eye that does not blink. I can close it but it doesn`t have the automatic blink response that most people have. This product is a good night time lubricant to help sooth the daily dryness that I deal with, but once you put it in you everything becomes blurry. That isn`t too bad if you are expecting it, but in the morning the gel leaves a gross crust that must be washed away from your eyelid and lashes. I guess a necessary evil if you suffer from such intense dry eye
I am blown away by these drops. I have had dry, irritated, tired eyes for about 3 years. I have tried numerous other eye drops with dismal results; I have been to both my opthalmologist and optomotrist who both recommended drops that were useless so I thought there was no cure for my dry eyes until I found the reviews for Thera Tears. I have been using for about a month and after I had been using for about 2 weeks I suddenly realised that my eyes were not dry or tired anymore. I use when I get up in the morning, at lunch time and before I go to bed because they make my eyes blurry for about 5 minutes. It is such a relief to finally find something that works.
