They made my feet extremely sweaty, even if the odor issue was controlled a it. I wouldn`t use this product again. And the insole made my feet slip and slide in addition to making my shoe feel tighter around my feet.
I got these because I had just started working a part time job where I was on my feet for 5 hours and we had to wear black shoes. I wore my most comfortable shoes, but after the first day my feet were throbbing. In addition to the pain I have had problems with my feet sweating and making my shoes stinky so I decided to get these insoles to try and solve both problems--no success. If anything, my feet sweat more than they ever have before with the insoles in, and they did nothing for comfort. And I mean nothing.
