I have used this product since 07 and its great. I think they should put more applications in the box. I also think its a little pricey.[...]
Menopause kicked me in the behind and this product has helped with dryness and the annoying itch that can result. I don`t need it every day, but when I do it`s a god send. Helps with intimacy too. It seems to last a long time, so I can apply it hours before it is needed.
This is a great poduct and would recommend it to any woman. However, i must comment on the other reviews here. It`s true, this product can cause irritation *IF* you arent having any problems before hand. For example, I use this mostly after long bike rides where im getting quite sweaty and prone to vaginal irritation from the chaffing and moist heat around the area. As well, several hours after intercourse can feel very much the same way. If i use it when i start to feel minor irriations, within 12 hours all problems are gone. BUT the few times i have tried to use it in advance of those activities, it seems to have cause more irritation. I cant help but think that it is really only beneifitial *WHEN* you are actully having problems, just like vaginal yeast treatments. I HIGHLY dont recommend using this just because, but rather, only a few times a month with breaks in between WHEN its needed. NOT for a personal lubricant or moisturizer (buy products that are made for that specifically). But use it when it`s needed and IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM EVERY TIME. Also, yes, it is a little messy. I find that it dose leak out some, but its clear and wont stain anything - only causing a somewhat uncomfortable wetness. So i use it like i would a yeast infection treatment: Use at night before bed with a panty liner.
