I use protein powder in a recipe from Dr. Oz of the Oprah Winfrey show usually for breakfast.....I believe it`s very good for me and it tastes great! I highly recommend it for good health.
Blends well with ice in a blender. I buy vanilla and add berries and/or bananas to either milk or juice for a great morning smoothie.
My daily breakfast from Spring through Fall. I switch to oatmeal for Winter. Hope this product never goes out of production!
