I eat one when I wake up, in between breakfast and lunch, and then before or after a workout. I love all the low carb bars from eas - I wish they would come back with the apple cinnamon (not the caramel apple). I recommend this bar to anyone who is living the low carb lifestyle or who just likes great tasting protein bars!!!
These bars are the best. Their nutritional value cannot be beat, and they taste great. The Cookies and Cream Myoplex shakes are awesome too.
I really like this bar. It is the best EAS Low Carb bar I have tasted. A big 5 star rating. I also think that the EAS Brownie Carb Control has a coconut taste, and I don`t like coconut. Cookies & Cream is the way to go.
