The Benefits of Casein and Whey Blend
The balance between protein synthesis and protein breakdown is very important. All right, as far as the taste goes, it`s tolerable, but it`s no chocolate milkshake either. I like the product, but it`s incredibly frustrating to mix this stuff. I tried to mix it with water, and it`s still rather gritty. I tried it with milk, but it just likes to get really thick in milk. However, I will give it a 3 out of 5, because the taste isn`t terrible and it is a quality product.
Very good mixing, tastes almost like chocolate milk. I suggest you take half the dosage recommended for the first two days so your stomach doesn`t get upset. A little aftertaste, but it`s worth it!!!
