I take these as a supplement to try and fight my family history of cancer (including my own thyroid cancer 2 years ago). I have nothing really to base my 4 star rating on, other than the fact that taking these have no adverse effect on me. Time will only tell if these work on me. On a serious note though, I have to do something different than my family members who have had serious cancers - Something has to be different for me to get a different result. My taking these supplements is one many things that I do - so I`ll never know what specifically worked to make me different when I`m kicking back at 75.
