Best supplements that I have ever tried. I used the prenatal version while I was pregnant and then switched over to these. I also buy the men`s version for my husband. Sure, they are big and they smell funny, but hold your nose and swallow it with a big cup of water!
I don`t ^love^ taking this vitamin -- the smell is less than ideal, the pills are huge and sometimes make me gag, and if I`m not careful about when I take them, they will still make me nauseated -- but wow, do they work. I`m a strict vegetarian who works the overnight shift at a hospital, which means my eating and sleeping habits can get all out of whack and not as healthy as they should be -- and I really notice a HUGE difference in how I feel if I stop taking this vitamin. It keeps me feeling energized and balanced, which is a pretty tall order these days! I tend to take it right before bed. I think it helps me sleep and then I don`t have to worry about nausea. I`ve tried a lot of vitamins, and although this one has its drawbacks, I prefer it to others I`ve tried.
I love these vitamins. Doesn`t bother my stomach at all. They are hard to choke down and have an off smell, but only the good vitamins do.
Wonderful whole-food vitamin in a once-a-day pill form. You will feel the difference within the first few weeks! I am vegetarian and felt an extra pep in my step within a week. Highly recommend.
These are so easy on the stomach I have been able to take them at any time and have lowered my intake of many other vitamins from about 9 to 4 since these contain all the `carrier` nutrients needed to digest the vitamin content properly - because they ARE food. I feel INCREDIBLE after taking these for 6 mos and my husband who is a `pill hater` wont miss a day because of how great he feels! Good bye to a certain 3 letter mall vitamin mogul for good!
Since taking these vitamins, I`ve noticed my skin has really cleared up and I feel a lot more energetic. They do have a faint soy sauce smell, which was a turn-off at first, but it is because the vitamins contain whole food ingredients. I`ve since gotten used to the smell -- I would rather smell soy than know that artificially derived vitamins are going into my body!
I feel so much better when I take these vitamins on a daily basis. I feel less energetic if I miss a few days. I take them on an empty stomach, and have never felt queasy or upset. I recommend them to my friends and family.
I have been taking these vitamins for about 10 years. They are they only vitamins that I have taken where I actually feel better within a couple of days. I particularly like the one-a-day variety because I am really bad at taking pills.

This is the best multivitamin. I`ve been taking it for 2 months and feel great. I love that it is made with natural ingredients. Who needs those vitamins with 1000% of the RDA? These tablets are easy on my stomach. I always take vitamins with a meal, and these do not make me feel sick or repeat on me unlike others I`ve tried.
I didn`t like these Multi-Vitamins at all. They have a horrible smell, and leave a terrible after-taste. Most of all, they make me feel nauseous. I also feel very lethargic when taking them.
I`ve had a difficult time regulating my iron intake. Too little: anemic. Too much: constipated. All the iron supplements bombard you with something like 300% of the recommended daily amount! These vitamins are just right. And they`re organic, so they don`t break me out like the commercial ones do.
This is my favorite multivitamin ever! You only have to take one, and it`s in a whole food base so you can take it on an empty stomach. The tablets are big but smooth so they are easy to swallow, and they don`t have a strong taste. The only drawback is that it doesn`t have much calcium-magnesium, but it has all the other minerals you need, so you don`t need to take a separate mineral supplement, only cal-mag.
I did not like this product. It left me with less energy and spring than Centrum. I couldn`t tell it did anything for me. Also, I did not care for the smell.
