This stuff didn`t work for me. Try the Natrol Carb Intercept instead; I think the white kidney bean extract in that helps because since I switched from Carb Blocker to Natrol Carb Intercept, I`ve lost 3 pounds in 12 days without even exercising as much as I usually do.
