These briefs are available in various sizes and absorbency levels to meet individual needs. They are provided with refastenable tapes for easy fitting and are particularly suitable for severe forms of incontinence as well as motoric, very active users.

I`ve been wearing these for the past year for overnite use -- i really couldnt say a bad thing about them. Yes they`re thick, but that makes me feel more secure, they sure can take a few accidents.
I have used these since I found them after checking around in the diaper community for a diaper that not only is discreet but very absorbent. Everything you hear about Abena is true. I have never used a better diaper before. Even with plastic backing, they are a very quiet plastic, like vinyl pants. There`s hardly any noise, unlike Depends, those dreadful diapers. The only problem I`ve had is wearing all day and going to change, as the diaper will fall apart at the seams and spill gel and fibers. That`s after heavy use and a lot of activity. I should probably change more, but they work so well and don`t feel wet at all!
These briefs have been so absorbent at night and during the day! I have generally NOT used the blue tabs, at least on the bottom tapes. The white ones are pretty secure, though there has been some slippage at times. The X-Plus do take some getting used to, with their bulk. But they are absorbent enough to work for nearly all day without changing, and they have virtually eliminated leaks at night. NO plastic pants needed over these. There could be an improved waistband, both front and back. And a 3rd tape would keep the sides snug. Overall, you can wear them without detection -- the plastic backing is quiet. Very much a superior brief. I am glad to be able to get solid sleep in the best disposable brief I have worn, to date.
