These were recommended after I needed gum surgery a few years ago. They clean gently and completely between teeth near the gum line and even under my bridge. I also find them easier and quicker than flossing, although I still have to floss where teeth are too close together for these to fit. The only bad point is that they get bent and then they don`t work well so they rarely last more than a couple days.Both my doctor and I were surprised that I no longer have a problem with gum disease!

Excellent! I am 45 year old & go for 3 month cleanings. My hygienist suggested these as she said they help to not only stimulate the gums but help tighten the gums surrounding the teeth. These are the ONLY ones I will use. They are perfect size unlike the others you find in stores. My teeth are not crowded but are together & plan on using for my twin boys soon to be 11 (one has braces). I`d not go without using these at least twice a day & my hygienist can tell a difference in gums as I can. Of course using this with electric toothbrush & biotene mouth rinse does my gums great leaving them stimulated, tighter, healthier and pinker
