I use this just about everyday for my daughter to relieve her stuffy nose. It loosens up her dried boogies and makes it so much easier to suck out with the nasal aspirator.
I use this every night on my child (and myself) to relieve and prevent allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes, nose, or throat as well as sneezing and stuffy/runny nose. I really notice a difference if I forget to use it for a couple days. It`s gentle and has no side effects.
I use this spray on my newborn. I don`t know if it`s because we live in Iceland or what, but he has had a dry nose since he was born. Since he`s too young to have anything medicated we`ve used this. It seems to work well; my only gripe is that a baby`s nostrils are so tiny that when you spray it, it gets everywhere.
