Protein and Amino AcidsPro Performance® Mega MRP® features 40 grams of a proprietary protein blend consisting of a blend of milk, egg and whey proteins. These proteins are composed of important amino acids that are required for the synthesis of protein, maintenance of nitrogen balance and for fueling skeletal muscles. Furthermore, each serving supplies a minimum of 5 grams of glutamine, 3 grams of which are free-form and at least 2 grams are provided from the whey protein. Glutamine serves as fuel for the immune system, provides an anti-catabolic effect and is involved in protein synthesis. Studies have shown that intense exercise contributes to the depletion of glutamine in the muscles stores and may result in a catabolic response.

I have congestive heart failure and have found that by taking Creatine I am strengthening my heart. The heart is just a muscle after all. I can now walk up to two miles a day. Creatine has made a difference in my overall strength. I take other supplements as well, but I would recommend Creatine to anyone who wants to improve their overall muscular strength.
This mix is flavorless as advertised, but does NOT blend easily with liquids. In fact, it does not dissolve in liquid AT ALL. You`ll have to stir your drink briskly, then drink it down while the gritty mix is still swirling around. I hope they improve the formula, otherwise I`ll stick with the tablets.
I have been using this product off and on for the last seven years. I have tried everything else; effervescent creatine, liquid creatine, Cell Tech, Ultimate Orange... and a few others. This product works the best by far. Before I started using it, I weighed 159 pounds and my max bench was 240. After four months of taking creatine and working out four times a week, I weighed 182 pounds, and my max bench went up to 300! This product is only useful if you are lifting weights, though. It is not very beneficial for aerobic or stamina programs.
I have been using Creatine for about three months, and it has given me great success!! It doesn`t taste bad at all, unlike other supplements, and it builds muscle faster than ever!!
I didn`t expierience water weight, but did boost my energy a little bit, and it does help with your recovery time. Didn`t taste bad at all if you have a little bit of water in your mouth-- then spoon it and wash it down. Overall, a good product
This product didn`t quite work for me as compared to some others sold on drugstore.
I wanted to be more refined and heard about Creatine. Within the first two days of taking Creatine, I experienced skin rashes. And most of all- WATER WEIGHT! You do get muscle definition and mass; however, you will experience water weight. I run at least 3 days a week - 4 miles each day on the treadmill. I had done that before taking it and during- but still experienced water weight gain. I`m not going to totally trash this product because one benefit is that it helps with recovery time in your workout.
The only reason I didn`t put 5 stars is that I have never tried any other creatine product. However, I have tried Mothoxypro, and that has a little creatine in it. I found that my body didn`t like the other additives in the drink, so if anyone is looking for the best creatine drink ever, buy this product. After taking it for 3-4 days I noticed major gains in all of my exercises. I would recommend this product to everyone that is trying to gain muscle and feel better about themselves. I know after taking it, I will never try anything else.
