Living at the foot of the Eastern Sierras we have a very dry climate. I have found this product to be the very best and it can be used as frequently as needed .
Because this product has the menthol and eucalyptol in it, you get a longer sensation of relief than with plain saline sprays. the additives also help you to breathe a little easier--which is HUGE when you can`t because you are sick! If your sinuses are extremely irritated, the spray could burn, but that is very rare with my experience. My whole family reaches for this when they feel that head cold coming on. We love it.
