I have used many fish oil brands to curb my arthritis pain, some work some don`t, some cost more than this, but this is the least expensive one I have found with fish from safe sources that works. I know if it works because after a day or so of switching, my regular arthritis pain is back. I especially like that this is omega 3 6 and 9, that I don`t see too often. I weigh 200 pounds and I take 4-5 a day, depending if my lupus is flaring up. I used to take 6 but I don`t think that was effective. It has also made my hair and skin softer and less dry. and it is good for your heart, lowering your cholesteral, and I just heard it might prevent colon cancer. Fish oil has so many benefits, a young pharmassist just out of college told me he thinks everyone should take it.
