This worked for me as far as the night sweats and irritability; however, it gave me the worst gas I`ve ever had and extremely vivid nightmares. Now I know that there is a chance that these things are not caused from New Phase but when I quit taking it within one week these side effects disappeared. As happy as I was to not have hot flashes/night sweats, I think I`ll have to learn to live with it. Keep in mind I`m still saying this is an outstanding product, just warning of possible side effects
