This Tylenol brand really works, but as other reviewers mentioned be prepared for zzzzzzzzzzz`s. I usually take it at bedtime.
I`ve tried Alavert and Bendaryl, and neither worked for my cat allergy - but Tylenol Severe Allergy worked!!! I have severe itch in my eyes and kept me up all night. I took these pills and voila! I was able to sleep through the night. I`m very happy with the product.
